Buffaload Stretchwrappers and Stretchooders are the perfect weapons against cargo damage caused by shifting product. Their ability to adjust film tension and rely on its constriction properties to firmly secure the pallet load ensures your products always arrive in pristine condition. Intelligent automatic manipulation of the films pre-stretch memory enables much less film and cost need be invested per pallet. While options for additional full pallet load protection makes sure product is not returned due to spoilage caused by water ingress or other forms of contamination.
Rotary Turntable
Buffaload Rotary Turntable wrappers provide cost effective wrapping solutions for stable and semi-stable loads. Optional top sheet dispensers can be added to protect the finished pallet load. While variable turntable positioning enables finished pallets to be discharged either straight on or at 90° to offer compact layout alternatives for tight factory floor spaces.

Rotary Arm
Buffaload Rotary Arm wrappers provide cost effective wrapping solutions for higher capacity requirements or loads that would become unstable, if rotated. Optional top sheet dispensers can be added to protect the finished pallet load. In many cases a Buffaload Rotary Arm wrapper can be positioned over existing conveyoring to reduce costs and disruption to existing processes.

Rotating Ring
Buffaload Rotating Ring wrappers provide high capacity and partial load wrapping solutions for all conditions of finished pallet including more fragile goods. Optional top sheet dispensers can be added to provide all round protection to the pallet load. Rotating Ring wrappers are compact and achieve the highest production levels of our range of wrappers.
