Buffaload Logistics has made key appointments which, says the company, will further strengthen the ‘hands-on’ customer service with which the Buffaload name is synonymous. Moreover, the latest additions to the operations team are in step with the company’s ongoing growth programme.
Keeping pace with the rapid growth of the company’s 102-strong temperature controlled double-decker logistics trailer fleet, Buffaload has appointed two Operations Support Managers: Katerina Silhanova and David Johnson, who will work in tandem to provide a seamless support service to the logistics team. They will each have specific responsibility to maintain stringent processes and controls including risk assessment, driver compliance, infringements, driver hours and tachograph analysis, safety and economy across the fleet and throughout the UK logistics operation.
Katrina has a long experience of transport procedures gained in the fuels and ADR sector, including a period with Turners of Soham. While David brings a wealth of knowledge built up over 29 years with Halls Transport & Bartlett’s Produce.
