Are all of your vehicles refrigerated?

Answer: Yes, all of Buffaload’s vehicles are temperature controlled and monitored constantly.

Do you do chilled and frozen?

Answer: Yes, we also distribute ambient goods in regularly calibrated refrigeration units which ensures the products freshness.

How do I book an order?

Answer: Booking an order is easy! You can either call our transport team on 01480 890 631, email us at transport@buffaload.co.uk or use the ‘Enquiry form’ tab at the top right hand corner of this web page.

What is the notice required to book an order?

Answer: We require our ongoing clients to book a job with us before 3pm if they require a next day service and adhoc jobs no later than midday. This time allows us to plan the best possible routes and arrange our loads to ensure that we are fully maximised.

Do I need to have an account?

Answer: Yes, we require all of our clients to have an account and to undergo a credit check prior to any contracts being signed.

What areas do you cover?

Answer: We cover all of the UK and have depots in Wigan, Huntingdon, Ely and Avonmouth.

How will I know if it’s been delivered?

Answer: We will ensure to deliver your goods at the time that you have specified and can arrange POD’s if requested.

Do you deliver abroad?

Answer: No, Buffaload does not deliver abroad at the moment.

Can I have a specific delivery window?

Answer: Of course, you can request a time for delivery and we will work to make this happen. If it’s not achievable we will tell you and hopefully come up with something mutually acceptable.

Do you do morning/evening deliveries?

Answer:Yes, we do both and are open 24hrs a day – 365 days a year!

How is our product stored if the delivery is the next day?

Answer: Your product will be stored in one of our strategically placed hubs and storage facilities in either Wigan, Avonmouth, Huntingdon or Ely. Our warehouses can store chilled, ambient and frozen goods which are centrally monitored using digital thermographs with alarms and mobile alert systems to control temperature functions and freeze to chill tempering.

Is there a contact number for any issues during the weekend/evening/out of hours?

Answer: Yes, we are available and open 24hrs a day, 365 days a year and have two telephone numbers you can always reach us on. Our transport office number is: 08700 343343.

Do you do same day deliveries?

Answer: Yes, we can do both next day and same day deliveries. Call us on 08700 343343 or email us transport@buffaload.co.uk to discuss your business requirements.

How long has Buffaload been established?

Answer: Buffaload Logistics has been established since 1998 and is a family run business originally trading as Taylor Marketing (Ely) Ltd. The growth Buffaload Logistics has enjoyed over the last few years is based on sound financial and operational foundations and we hope to be around for years to come!

Can you store our products?
