On Saturday 8th July Buffaload teams will be going toe to toe with THE BEAST as part of a titanic lorry pulling challenge to help change the lives of disadvantaged children.
No, we have not gone crazy, THE BEAST is in fact the current World’s Strongest Man, UK’s Eddie Hall, who has lent his 6XL frame to help us raise money for the Boparan Charitable Trust.
The Boparan Charitable Trust is a National Children’s charity helping to change the lives of those with disabilities, life limiting conditions and in extreme poverty. The Trust is one of the most efficient and flexible charities in the UK and it has rapidly become close to the hearts of all our team at Buffaload.
We are using our brand new, 40ft long and weighing over 10 tonnes, 200th trailer for the event. Eddie will take the strain first as he pulls the trailer over a distance of 20 metres, followed by teams of drivers from across the Buffaload depots.
Who will be victorious? Who will win the bragging rights? One thing for sure is that we want to raise as much money as possible for some very special little stars.

Raven, aged 7, from Leicestershire has Hemiplegia, a condition which has left him with limited mobility. For most of his life, Raven has only moved around by shuffling on his knees.
The Boparan Trust funded a Powered Wheelchair for Raven, which now allows him to move around a lot easier, enjoy his passion for football and continue at his mainstream school.
