Bag Types
Buffaload bagging equipment is suitable for all gusseted and non gusseted open mouth bags, plastic tube or flat sheet format for form, fill and seal systems. A range of closing options is available for almost all sack materials or sack types, all of which can be used either singularly or in combination within the same system!
Bag Filling
Buffaload select and match the most effective dosing, weighing and volumetric filling solutions for the type of product being handled and the result wanted in the bag. Our range of net/gross weighers will fit most factory space requirements and provide solutions for capacities from 100 to 1,800 bags per hour. Volumetric solutions provide high speed solutions for difficult to handle materials such as damp sand, while under level filling systems reliably and accurately dispense very free flowing fine products without producing dust.
Product Conditioning
Buffaload product conditioning devices densify fluid products enabling them to be packed into smaller sacks and in a more stable condition for safer and more uniform finished pallet stacks. Sacks containing plastic liners can be sealed without fear of trapped air bursting the seal during palletizing. For fine fluidised powders our under level filling systems ensure accurate bag weights under the cleanest conditions.
Sack Handling Philosophy
Most Buffaload bagging systems adopt a ‘Total Control’ concept for secure handling of the sack through to its discharge from the line, which enables our systems to run free of operator surveillance or input. Our budget range places greater reliance on bag specification keeping the bag upright through the filling and closing process and usually requires some form of operator surveillance for optimum results, this enables us to remove the total control assemblies and to offer equipment suitable for the application in hand and the tightest of budgets.
