Julie Feltwell
Managing Director

Julie is the Managing Director of Buffaload Logistics. Julie has 10 years’ experience at the front line of commercial transport starting as a CPC trained transport manager. She has a strong background in quality assurance, which is evident in the ‘customer-first’ philosophy she promotes throughout the business.


Liam Gimbert
General Manager

Liam is the General Manager for Buffaload and works on bringing special projects to fruition. Whilst based at Ellington, he is often to be found at our satellite sites. A former mechanic and keen skier – there isn’t much that Liam isn’t involved with in the business.


Julian Boulton
National Health Safety Quality and Compliance Manager

Julian is the National Health Safety Quality Compliance Manager for Buffaload Logistics.  His key role is to ensure that the business meets all its legal responsibilities with regard to HSQE compliance and that the business works to BRC Standards in Storage and Distribution.  He has over 23 years’ of experience within the logistics sector of which 15 years have been within the chilled environment through employment with Corby Chilled Distribution, Innovate Logistics and Eddie Stobart Logistics.


Diane Nason
Key Account Manager

Diane joined the business May 2016 and bring over 20 years of experience in national chilled distribution industry, with responsibility for developing key Account Management supported by maintaining strong relationships with all key stakeholders through regular contact, focussed customer review meetings, formulation, collation and distribution of weekly / daily contractual service level agreement information.


Ross Taylor
CEO

Ross Taylor is an entrepreneur and the founder of Buffaload Logistics and Corkers Crisps. He has worked within chilled distribution for his entire working life. Ross has always subscribed to an inclusive, hands-on management style whereby everyone, from junior staff to senior managers, is invited to have their say and to contribute towards a simple, common objective; ‘To be the best at what we do’.


Ian Perks
Business Development Director

Ian is the Business Development Director for Buffaload Logistics. His key role is to keep the business busy and is responsible for sales and marketing, account management and the general profit and loss of Buffaload. Ian has in excess of 19 years’ experience in national chilled distribution and prior to that was an air traffic controller.


 

 

Lesa Nicholson
Head of People

Lesa (Assc CIPD) joins the team as Head of People and brings with her a wealth of experience in everything people related from retail, manufacturing and logistics environments.
